Debbie has been FANTABULOS to work with over the past 13 years! She has been nominated many times as Employee of the Month (EOM) while at Frontier and has been selected as the EOM several different times. She has been highlighted by the Ross County Board of DD for her DSP work and dedication to the people she has supported. Debbie has been very instrumental in the lives of the people she has supported. She also worked 1:1 with a lady in her family home. Debbie would include all these ladies in family cookouts, birthday visits, holiday dinners, and would make the most of her time spent with each of person. The ladies she has worked with dearly love her and look forward for when she is scheduled to work. She truly believes in community presence for all and ensures those she supports are able to attend/join in on community events. As she nears her retirement, we reflect on her mentorship to many, and she will be missed by even more! Wishing all the best to her in her future retirement endeavors! She’s truly one of the best!
