Frontier Community Services is a Community Based Housing Development Organization (CHDO), providing housing to individuals of low-to-moderate income. Since our foray into providing this much-needed service, we have developed and/or participated in the development of over 1000 units of multi-family and single family dwellings throughout southern Ohio.
Frontier Community Services is a not for profit developer of affordable housing. In addition to the development of multi-family rental housing, we currently develop single family homes for sale to eligible and qualified families in Ross County. The families that purchase homes from Frontier Community Services receive substantial amounts of Down-Payment Assistance and low interest fixed rate financing. Available homes are 1240 sq.ft. with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage with opener. Homes are equipped with a new range and refrigerator, dishwasher and a disposal. All homes are served by Pleasant Valley Sewer and Ross County Water, and are in the Union-Scioto Local School District.
